The Staff of the Washington Township Recreation Center is striving to make the waiting list work more efficiently. By completing the information the staff will know what classes will work for you. It will also help us to add classes that are convenient to participants

*Please return call within 4 hours of our call to place your child in a class. If we do not hear from you we will move to the next person on list. We would appreciate a courtesy call even if you are not now interested. Children are only placed on roster by parent returning call.

Waiting List Policy as per brochure:

Our goal is to service as many patrons as possible in all classes. When waiting list numbers indicate need, and instructor and space are available, our staff will add classes.

1. Complete appropriate paperwork for each child at the Recreation Center Front Desk.

2. Every attempt will be made to contact you at all phone numbers given. If we fail to reach you, or cannot leave a message, we will call the next available person.

3. After verbally committing to a class, patrons have 24 hours to reserve the class spot by paying in full. After 24 hours and no payment, name will be removed from potential class roster.

4. A $10.00 transfer fee will be assessed if transferring from a previously registered class.
   We do not transfer siblings or friends to new class offered.
