My career began in 1984 as a Systems Engineering Supervisor with an internationally recognized computer services company.  Specifically, I worked with teams in System Development, Training and Customer Support / Help Desk departments.

In 1999 I formally established "PC Paula, LLC" with a desire to assist small, locally- owned businesses and organizations.  Since that time, my client base has expanded to include a variety of business demographics as well as non-profit organizations.
